Fratelli SPINA is the manifesto of a thought. Like a great oak tree we have deep roots that have been sinking for over eighty years in the heart of our territory. Our pigs are fed exclusively on cereals. Our cured meats are aged in the mountains of Molise at over a thousand metres above sea level. As per peasant tradition handed down over the centuries, we use only oak wood for pressing our cured meats.
