Fratelli SPINA is the manifestation of a thought. Like a great oak tree, we have deep roots that have been planted in the heart of our territory for over eighty years. Our pigs are fed exclusively on cereals, and our cured meats are aged in the mountains of Molise, at over a thousand meters above sea level. In keeping with time-honoured rural traditions passed down through the centuries, we use only oak wood to press our cured meats, preserving their authentic flavour.
